Thermwire Preassembled cables provide safe, reliable freeze protection for commercial and residential piping. These products are provided with factory terminated 3 foot cord set/plug and end seal for a complete, easy to install heat trace system. Power output at 5 watts per foot allows freeze protection of metal pipe and plastic pipes up to 2.5” diameter at 0°F when used in conjunction with 1/2'' fiberglass insulation. Available for use on 120V. These cables are equipped with a grounding braid for electric code compliance, and a UV stabilized overjacket to protect against sun damage and moisture ingress. Thermwire Preassembled cables are third party tested and approved for use in commercial and residential application on both metal and plastic pipes.
Note: To minimize the danger of fire if the heating cable is damaged or improperly installed, use a Ground-Fault-Protection Device (GFPD), sold separately.

This kit converts an existing non-GFCI-protected duplex receptacle to a GFCI-protected receptacle. One adapter is included. The TWPA- GFI is designed for use with Thermwire Plug pre-terminated heating cable units.

The TW-TC-35 Thermocube is a device which, when plugged into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet, will automatically turn power on and off to any device plugged into it. The Thermocube will automatically turn on power when air temperature reaches approximately 35°F (2°C) and will turn off the power when the temperature exceeds approximately 45°F (7°C).
Item 4:
Glass cloth tape is designed for coil wrapping applications where mechanical and thermal resistance are required. Tape is rated to 356 degrees fahrenheit and acceptable for heat trace applications.
